Month of Coordination

The wedding day coordination package is perfect for couples who have planned it all and just need someone to execute their vision on their wedding day. We will gladly step in and take over so you can relax and truly enjoy yourself.

Wedding day management begins one month prior to your wedding and includes the following:

Creation of a detailed, down-to-the-minute wedding day timeline
Coordination with all third party vendors
On site wedding day management - we will be the on site point person for anything and anyone
Supervise all scheduled events for the day
Set up and take down of miscellaneous decorations

Partial Planning

You have secured the perfect venue for the celebration and few of your favorite vendors, but there are so many other things to do and you don't know where to start. Either that, or life is just busy and you find yourself procrastinating a little (don't worry, we all do it from time to time!), then the Partial Wedding Planning package is perfect for you.

In this package, we become your "planner" in crime! We are there with you every step of the way and to keep you right on track. Our services include the following:

Vendor research and recommendations
Contract discussions and signing between third party vendors
Vendor communication and management
Wedding rehearsal coordination
On site wedding day management
Supervise all scheduled events for the day
Set up and take down of miscellaneous decorations
Storage of miscellaneous items until the next day
